Batch Analysis

With a single command, the zone-by-zone or grid-by-grid measure is exported to an Excel-readable file or sent directly to an open Excel spreadsheet.

• Parameters for analysis include:
  • Grid or Zone crossings
  • Distance travelled
  • Time spent in grid or zone
  • Mean length of the animal
  • % time the animal spends in a particular length range
  • Animal's direction of orientation
  • Stretch attend (under development)
• Select a portion of each trial for analysis, specifying analysis start and end time relative to the trial start and end.
• Divide the trials into multiple intervals for analysis.
• Divide trials easily into named groups: Subsequent analyses automatically compile mean and standard error for each group.
